Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a video production project, purchasing digital assets, or entering into an agreement with ThreeWrld Multimedia Inc., you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

2. Booking, Deposits & Pricing

Project pricing starts at $400 CAD, with final project costs structured based on scope, deliverables, and production requirements. Dates are officially secured upon receipt of a signed agreement and initial booking deposit.

3. Revisions & Delivery

Post-production timelines typically range from 48 to 72 hours for standard deliverables unless otherwise specified. Revisions are restricted to the allotted rounds outlined within your selected tier (Starter, Growth, or Premium). Additional revisions outside the scope of the agreement will incur hourly or milestone charges.

4. Copyright & Licensing

ThreeWrld Multimedia Inc. retains the copyright to all raw footage, unedited clips, and master project files. Upon final payment, clients receive a perpetual commercial license to use, publish, and distribute the finished deliverables for their business marketing and social channels.
