Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By entering into a project agreement with ThreeWrld Multimedia Inc., you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Booking, Deposits & Pricing

Project scope, deliverables, and schedule are set out in a proposal. The proposal itemizes the project fee, equipment, and any optional ongoing support. Work begins after the proposal and project agreement are accepted and any agreed deposit is received.

3. Revisions & Delivery

The delivery timeline, review process, and any included revisions are set out in the project proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope may require a separately approved fee or schedule change.

4. Copyright & Licensing

ThreeWrld Multimedia Inc. retains the copyright to all raw footage, unedited clips, and master project files. Upon final payment, clients receive a perpetual commercial license to use, publish, and distribute the finished deliverables for their business marketing and social channels.
